Houhai 5 Hao Bar
Maybe it more like a place to recollect rather than a bar, you will feel the Hutong so closely in this bar at night, antique building structures, ingenious moon gate, whole body of the wooden sculpture, which the hall is a courtyard surrounded by rooms, you feel back to the old night bar in Beijing, and then you back to Hutong where you desired.
The Hutong bar seemed to recall something and describes the life in Hutonglane, including the unchanged furniture, lightings and decorative hangings in west-wing room, a pair of cute cloth tigers on the desk which are handmade by a 70 years old granny from county in Hebei.

Buddha Bar
The first bar established in Houhai. If you respect for the Buddhism or search a quiet retreat, Buddha bar can make you cozy and relax, it been renovated with lakeside lounge seating, antique chairs, and large couches on their first floor. Kitschy wall hangings complement a soundtrack of salsa and other Latin American musical styles, as the Buddha Bar plays some of the better music.
A statue of Buddha respected in a room, worship maybe give you more luckiness. Compared to the mysterious and quiet surrounding, smelling the aroma of beer, wine and coffee from the old courtyard that the most attractive to young people make you really have a wonderful sense of history dislocation.
