Reservation & Payment
Upon your booking request, one of Beijing Tours Guide experienced tour consultants will build the itinerary to your satisfaction.

Our quotes sent to you via email would be stated clearly in USD & CNY. The prices are calculated based in CNY, and the exchange rate we apply is 1USD:6.6CNY. As the exchange rate is unstable at present, there might be a small variation between our original quotation and the actual payment, which is usually 1-3% higher or lower than the original quotes in USD.
According to our payment policy, we usually charge 50% of the tour cost in advance as deposit and the rest 50% during our meeting in China. The balance shall be paid by cash in CNY. Currently, the CNY keeps appreciating against USD. Thus, we suggest you pay the full amount of the tour expense so as to avoid the losses due to the change of exchange rate.
