Our private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00am. First drive to the Marco Polo Bridge (Lugou Bridge), about 15km out of Beijing center. It is the oldest bridge in the city and perhaps most famous for Beijing the place where the Japanese invasion of China began in 1937. Then come to the Peking Man Site (Zhoukoudian) where lived Peking Man, also known as Chinese ape man some 690,000 years ago, in mid-period of Pleistocene epoch. After a local lunch, move on to the Stone Flower Cave. It is discovered in 1446 by a monk and contains a superb collection of beautiful sights. Return to your hotel at 6:00pm.
