Hotel Kunlun Beijing officially opened its doors to the public in 1989, with height of 29 floors, located in the Eastern third ring, closed to numerous important venues, such as China International Exhibition Centre, Lufthansa Shopping Center, Capital Plaza Office Building and other office building surrounding. It just cost 15 min from the Capital Airport conveniently by driving and 20 min from the Beijing Railway Station, 20 min from downtown. You could catch a view of Liangma River and the numerous architectures of embassies.
There are 775 sets of rooms including standard business rooms, executive deluxe rooms, senior suites and presidential suites, decoration in room are elegant and variety custom stuff, the TV set you can watch the live international satellite programs, the mini bar, refrigerator, safe, IDD telephone and INTERNET connection jack all be offered.
By 1996 had garnered recognition by two prestigious organizations: the China National Tourism Administration named Kunlun on the China's 50 Best Hotels, while the American Academy of Restaurant and Hospitality Sciences presented Hotel Kunlun with its 36th Five Star Diamond Award.
