Deposit and Final Payment
Upon your satisfaction with the itinerary details, you shall pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost per person to hold the reservation. The balance could be directly paid to the guide during your meeting. However, you don’t have to pay any deposit: 1) if you just book a half one day tour or a one day tour; 2) if your tour doesn’t include our flight and hotel booking service.
Note:
Our quotes sent to you via email would be stated clearly in USD & CNY. The prices are calculated based in CNY, and the exchange rate we apply is 1USD:6.6 CNY. As the exchange rate is unstable at present, there might be a small variation between our original quotation and the actual payment, which is usually 1-3% higher or lower than the original quotes in USD.
According to our payment policy, we usually charge 50% of the tour cost in advance as deposit and the rest 50% during our meeting in China. The balance shall be paid by cash in CNY. Currently, the CNY keeps appreciating against USD. Thus, we suggest you pay the full amount of the tour expense so as to avoid the losses due to the change of exchange rate.
Methods of Payment
We accept the flowing payment methods:
Credit Card by PayPal
You may pay us securely with Credit Card by PayPal, no matter whether you have a PayPal account or not. Whenever you book the tours we will send you a PayPal payment link via email. By following that payment link, you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure online payment website. If you have a PayPal account, all you need to do is to login to your account and click the “pay” button. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay us at PayPal’s website by providing your credit card information. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.

Western Union Transfer
If there’s a Western Union office in the place where you live, it will make things easier and faster. The information required by Western Union transfer is as follow:
