Day 1 Entry Beijing
Cruise in Kunming Lake, Summer Palace
Today Arrangement: Welcome to China! Our private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up in time at the airport and transfer you safely to the hotel. A paper board with the sign of BeijingToursGuide.com and your name will be held high at the airport exit.
Day 2 Beijing

Attraction(s): Mutianyu Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Cloisonne Factory
Today Arrangement: Our first tour stop in China is Beijing, the capital of China with rich culture and history. At first, appreciate the majesty of Mutianyu Great Wall, one famous section of the Great Wall but less crowded. A round way cable car help you go up and down. Move on to the Temple of Heaven, a royal temple where Chinese emperors held prayer ceremonies to Heaven for a good harvest. In the Cloisonne factory, see the demonstration of Chinese Cloisonne processing and learn about the culture.

Day 3 Beijing

Attraction(s): Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Hutong tour with rickshaw
Today Arrangement: Today we visit the Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Hutongs. Tiananmen Square is the largest city square in the world, where you could see the ancient majestic Tiananmen Tower. Nearby the square, is the Forbidden City, a world reputed palace and well preserved. Read about the real life of the old Beijing city by a unique Hutong tour with rickshaw; also visit the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, a well-known place of interest in the Hutong area.

Day 4 Beijing-Xian

Attraction(s): Summer Palace, Pearl factory
Today Arrangement: Visit Summer Palace and Pearl factory and finish our tour in Beijing. By a cruise in Kunming Lake, feel the charm of the exquisite royal garden- Summer Palace. Learn about Chinese pearl culture in the Pearl factory. After lunch, transfer to airport and takes the flight to Xian. Pick you up at Xian airport and send you to hotel.
Day 5 Xian

Attraction(s): Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian City Wall, Xian Art Pottery Factory
Today Arrangement: Xian city has the equal fame with Athens, Cairo, and Rome; let's start to know about the ancient city. The Terra cotta Warriors and Horses is one of the most significant archeological finds of the 20th century, created 2,200 years ago. Xian City Wall, as a main attraction of Xian, is one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a symbol of the old-line Xian, a holy place for Buddhists, well preserved. At the Xian Art Pottery Factory, you could see the copies and souvenirs of Terra cotta Warriors and Horses as well as Tang Tricolor.

Day 6 Xian-Dunhuang
Mogao Grottoes

Attraction(s): Shaanxi Historical Museum
Today Arrangement: Our final tour destination in Xian is Shaanxi Provincial Museum, one of the four largest museums in China, focus on the highlights of Shannxi culture's role in the development of Chinese civilization. After lunch, be transferred to airport and take the flight to Dunhuang; upon your arrival, pick up at Dunhuang airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 7 Dunhuang

Attraction(s): Mogao Grottoes, Crescent Lake and Echoing-Sand Mountain
Today Arrangement: The historical city of Dunhuang is a renowned tourism city, an obvious pearl on the Silk Road. In the morning, visit the landmark of Dunhuang city- Mogao Grottoes, a world reputed Buddhist art treasure, history of over 1,600 years, containing extant 492 grottoes in which over 45,000m2 of historic fresco and 2,400 color statues are housed. In the afternoon, you will experience a short camel ride along the Echoing Sand Mountain to reach the Crescent Lake. Echoing Sand Mountain is actually a dune, like a golden huge dragon. It utters tremendous sound when a gale blows, and murmurs when people slide down from the mountain top; hence the name. The Crescent Lake, encircled by the Echoing Sand Mountain, is a crystal-like lake with the shape of the crescent moon, a fascinating wonder of the desert.
Day 8 Dunhuang-Turpan

Attraction(s): The Great Wall of the Han Dynasty, Desert Discovery at Yadan Landform Park
Today Arrangement: The Great Wall of the Han Dynasty and the Desert Discovery at Yadan Landform Park are our final tour stops in the amazing Dunhuang. The Great Wall of the Han Dynasty was built to defend the nomadic Xiongnu minorities living in the north frontiers during the Han Dynasty (206BC-220AD). Desert Discovery at Yadan Landform Park is also called the Evil City, famous for the night sound and vivid rocks in various shapes like animals or other world famous attractions. After the tour, you will be transferred to railway station and take an overnight soft sleeper train to Turpan.
Day 9 Turpan

Attraction(s): Karez Well, Grape Valley, Jiaohe Ruin, Turpan Carpet Factory
Today Arrangement: Pick you up at Turpan railway station in the early morning, transfer to hotel for a breakfast and a rest, and then visit Karez Well, Crape Valley, Jiaohe Ruin, Turpan Carpet factory. Turpan is an old city with more than 6,000 years history, and has a great number of historical relics as well as unique landscapes. Karez Well, a subterranean network of canals, is one of the three greatest engineering projects in ancient China along with the Great Wall and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. Grape Valley is a good place of relaxation amidst the hundreds of square miles of sand-seat under the grape trellis, savor various grapes and enjoy the beautiful Uyghur girls in their ornate costumes. Jiaohe Ruin, built in Qin and Han dynasties, is the biggest, oldest and best preserved construction city in the world. In the Turpan Carpet factory, appreciate the particular Xinjiang carpet woven technology and various exquisite Xinjiang carpets.
Day 10 Turpan-Urumqi-Kashgar
Heavenly Lake

Today Arrangement: Drive to Urumqi after breakfast; there we visit Heavenly Lake. The superlatively beautiful lake nestles 1,980 meters above sea level in the Tianshan Mountains, hemmed in by the towering snow-capped Bagda Peak. It is a natural paradise for its breathtaking scenery. Have a lunch and fly to Kashgar. Pick you up from Kashgar airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 11 Kashgar

Attraction(s): Zhiren street, Id Kah Mosque, Sunday Bazaar
Today Arrangement: Kashgar has a history of 2,000 years and is China's most westerly city, bordering with Pakistan and India. Today, visit Zhiren Street, Id Kah Mosque, and Sunday Bazaar to find out the city’s charm. Zhiren Street is an old street with an amazing range of handcraft goods for sale, such as exotic musical instruments. Id Kah Mosque, a 15th century mosque, is one of the largest and busiest Islamic one in China You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the Main Hall. Sunday Bazaar, an ancient market, attracts locals and merchants from Xinjiang and nearby countries such as Pakistan and Kirghizstan.
Day 12 Kashgar-Urumqi

Attraction(s): Lake Karakuli
Today Arrangement: Visit Lake Karakuli in the morning, the last tour stop in Kashgar. 3,600 m above sea level, the lake resembles a glittering pearl embedded among the alpine peaks, reflecting the surrounding snow-capped mountains like a mirror. After lunch, fly to Urumqi and transfer to hotel for an overnight.
Day 13 Urumqi-Shanghai

Attraction(s): Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and Nanjing Road
Today Arrangement: After breakfast, transfer to airport and fly to Shanghai. Pick you up from Shanghai airport, have lunch, then visit Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and Nanjing Road. Yuyuan Garden is a famous classical garden in Shanhai, built in 1577 by Pan, a government officer of Ming Dynasty. The Bund is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. It is the starting point where Shanghai walked into the modern times and a good place to know about the old Shanghai. In the east of the Bund lies the Nanjing Road, China’s premier shopping street, 3.4 miles long, a must-see destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world.

Yuyuan Garden

Attraction(s): Shanghai Museum, Jade Buddha Temple, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Silk Factory
Today Arrangement: Let’ continue our tour in the modern and ancient charming Shanghai. First, visit Shanghai Museum, highly acclaimed internationally houses 120,000 precious culture artifacts, which narrate a story of China's 5,000- year civilization. Then move on to Oriental Pearl TV Tower. It is 468 m high, the third highest in the world. The architecture features 15 spheres of different sizes at different levels based on the artistic conception of 'large and small pearls dropping onto a jade plate'. In the largest ball, there is a revolving teahouse and an observatory platform. After lunch, we head for the Jade Buddha Temple, a venerable old temple famous for the two jade Buddha statues brought from Burma. Then transfer to the Silk factory to appreciate the whole silk-making process.

Day 15 Depart Shanghai
