Day 1 Entry Beijing
Great Wall at Badaling Section
Today Arrangement: Welcome to China! Our private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up in time at Beijing international airport and transfer you safely to the hotel. A paper board with the sign of BeijingToursGuide.com and your name will be held high at the airport exit.
Day 2 Beijing

Today Arrangement: In this tour package, we arrange two days tour in Beijing. Today's attractions include the Badaling Great Wall, Summer Palace, Cloisonné factory and Olympic Green.
Badaling Great Wall is the most famous and best preserved section of the Great Wall and visited by more than 300 celebrities included President Nixon and Lady Thatcher. Summer Palace is a world reputed royal entertainment garden of the emperors and their imperial families; a cruise in its beautiful Kunming Lake is included. In the Cloisonne factory you could learn about the Chinese cloisonné processing crafts without paying a cent. Go to the Olympic Green to visit the Water Cube and the Bird's Nest, which rank among the top 10 architectural miracles in China appraised by Business Week.

Day 3 Beijing

Attraction(s): Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Hutong tour with rickshaw, Tea House
Today Arrangement: Let's continue our tour in Beijing, visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Tea House and hold a Hutong tour with rickshaw.
Tiananmen Square is the largest city square in the world and of great historical significance, where you could see the symbol of China-the ancient majestic Tiananmen Tower. Nearby the square, is the Forbidden City, a world reputed palace of Chinese 24 emperors in Ming and Qing dynasties. The Temple of Heaven, much bigger than the Forbidden City, is a royal temple worshipped by Chinese emperors to pray to heaven for a good harvest. Day 4 Beijing-Xian
Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses

Attraction(s): Shaanxi Historical Museum, Xian City Wall
Today Arrangement: After breakfast, be transferred to airport and fly to Xian. Pick up at Xian airport and have a lunch, then start the tour in Xian. We have two tour destinations today. Shaanxi Historical Museum is a good-sized modern national museum built with the architectural features of the Tang Dynasty. The museum houses the best cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province and shows the systematic development process of Chinese civilization. Xian City Wall is a main attraction of Xian, one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.
Day 5 Xian

Attraction(s): Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, Xian Art Pottery Factory
Today Arrangement: Today, in the ancient Xian city, we will visit the Terra cotta Warriors and Horses, Big Wild Pagoda, Bell Tower and Xian Art Pottery Factory.
The Terra cotta Warriors and Horses is one of the most significant archeological finds of the 20th century. These 6000 life-size painted terracotta warrior and horses-individually sculpted from real life models and arranged in battle formation have been protecting the mausoleum of the first emperor in Chinese history- Emperor Qinshihuang for 2,200 years. Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a symbol of the old-line Xian, a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists; while Bell Tower is another symbol of Xian, a grand ancient building with traditional Chinese architectural features with a huge bell. Drop at the Xian Art Pottery Factory, where you could see the copies and souvenirs and Terra cotta Warriors and Horses as well as Tang Tricolor.

Day 6 Xian-Kunming-Lijiang
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

Today Arrangement: After breakfast, pick you up from your hotel, drive to the airport and fly to Kunming and Lijiang. Be met in time at Lijiang airport by our guide, have a lunch and visit Lijiang Ancient City. Lijiang Ancient City, situated on the plateau of more than 2400 meters in altitude, is home to the Naxi people in Lijiang who continue the language and customs of ancient matriarchal society. It enjoys beautiful scenes and holds long history and splendid culture; it is rear in China that such well-preserved minority ancient city still exists.
Day 7 Lijiang

Attraction(s): Wood Mansion, Shuhe Naxi Village, Dongba Museum
Today Arrangement: Lijiang is a city with a long history and splendid culture as well as beautiful natural sceneries. Wood Mansion, Shuhe Naxi Village and Dongba Museum are our tour destinations today. Wood Mansion was actually Lijiang's ancient ruler Mu's official residence and built in exactly the same style as the Forbidden City, which is a supreme instance of Naxi people’s brilliant architectural and artistic skills. Shuhe Naxi Village can be said the most charming mountain village across China. If Lijiang ancient city is said to be a more and more bustling city, then Shuhe Naxi Village can be reputed as a truly quiescent village. Dongba Museum displays the splendid Dongba culture (Dongba is the region of Naxi people in Lijiang).
Day 8 Lijiang
Black Dragon Pool

Attraction(s): Yak Meadow, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Black Dragon Pool, Mural in Baisha Village
Today Arrangement: Today we will see more natural beautiful sceneries in Lijiang. The Yak Meadow is a place where you can get relaxed and please the eyes with the breathtaking meadow scenery. It is one part of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain which is granted as the North Holy Mountain, the spiritual prop of Naxi people; and a nice vacationing spot for snow sightseeing, skiing, and mountaineering. The Black Dragon Pool is actually a famous Taoist temple in the Wulao Peak of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is famous for its two pools, the palace, the ancestral hall of Han Dynasty, the plum tree of Tang Dynasty, the cypress of Song Dynasty and the camellia of Ming Dynasty. Stroll through the enchanting traditional Basha Village and appreciate the Mural there, which is about 600 years old and listed in the World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO in 1997.
Day 9 Lijiang-Kunming

Attraction(s): Stone Forest
Today Arrangement: After breakfast, transfer to Lijiang airport and fly back to Kunming. Visit the Stone Forest. As a most popular attraction of Kunming, Stone Forest was formed by karst topography 200-300 million years ago, containing peaks, pillars, stalagmites, underground rivers and caves. The fantastic stone pinnacles rising abruptly from ground resemble a huge, dense forest, hence the name of Stone Forest. Lots of legends are with the Stone Forest, such as the famous Ashma peak, like a slim and beautiful girl. Come to the Stone Forest and discover the legends by yourself!
Day 10 Kunming-Guilin
Reed Flute Cave

Attraction(s): Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill
Today Arrangement: Be transferred to airport after breakfast and take the flight to Guilin. Upon your arrival, our guide and driver pick you up from Guilin airport. Start the tour in the afternoon at Reed Flute Cave and Elephant Trunk Hill. The Reed Flute Cave is known as 'The Palace of Natural Arts'. Inside, various remarkable stalactites, stalagmites, stone pillars and other rock formations display a myriad of fanciful shapes, such as curtains, birds, flowers, and animals. Under the artificial lighting, you feel in a paradise where the Gods live. The Elephant Trunk Hill has 316 million years history and holds a charming flavor in sunrise and sunset, arousing your imagination. Like elephant leisurely sucking water from the river with its long trunk, hence the name.
Day 11 Guilin-Longsheng-Guilin

Attraction(s): Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Tribes, Longji Terraced Field
Today Arrangement: We arrive in Longsheng today, a famous tourism autonomous country in Guilin. Here let's enjoy the local people's pastoral life isolated from the noisy metropolis by visiting the Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Tribes and the Longji Terraced Field. The Terrace is a rice field built on the hillsides, looking like great chains or ribbons as they wind from the foot to the top of the hill. It is created by the minority peoples of the area, such as the Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Tribes. The architecture of the Zhuang and Yao minority villages is unique as no nails are used in construction. The different minority customs and local people's dressing style are specially delicate and beautiful.
Day 12 Guilin-Yangshuo
Longji Terraced Field

Attraction(s): Li River Cruise, West Street in Yangshuo country
Today Arrangement: Enjoy a Li River Cruise. Li River scenic area is world reputed for its unique natural sceneries with the most beautiful karst mountains, clear water and a taste of life far removed from the concrete metropolis. By the cruise, we arrive at Yangshuo, an ancient and beautiful country; then walk around its famous street – West Street. The street is the oldest one in Yangshuo with a history of more than 1,400 years and attracts approximately 100,000 foreigners for its unique mix of cultures. Traditional folk arts, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are all along the street.
Day 13 Yangshuo-Shanghai

Attraction(s): Moon Mountain, Big Banyan Tree
Today Arrangement: Visit Moon Mountain and Big Banyan Tree mainly. No journey to Yangshuo would be complete without climbing the famous Moon Mountain, named for the conspicuous, lunar-shaped cavity in the center. The Big Banyan Tree is more than 1,000 years old,17 meters high, covers an area of more than 100 square meters with a green umbrella like round tree crown. Leave for Guilin airport and fly to Shanghai. Be met by our guide and driver at Shanghai airport and transferred to the hotel.
Day 14 Shanghai
Shanghai World Financial Center and Jin Mao Tower

Attraction(s): Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai World Financial Center, Jade Buddha Temple, Silk factory, the Bund and Nanjing Road
Today Arrangement: Shanghai is a renowned international metropolis; moreover, the perfect blend of cultures endows Shanghai with a unique glamour-the modern and the traditional and the western and the oriental. Feel the distinct city though the flowing sightseeing. Yuyuan Garden is a famous classical garden in Shanghai, built in 1577 by Pan, a government officer of Ming Dynasty. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters all have unique characteristics. At 1,555 ft high, the top observation deck at the Shanghai World Financial Center is a great stop during your visit of Shanghai. Standing on a glass floor, you could have a bird’s eye view of the city and many of its main attractions. In the modern city, there is a venerable and famous old Buddhist temple-Jade Buddha Temple, famous for the two jade Buddha statues brought from Burma. In the Silk factory, we can watch the whole silk-making process and learn about Chinese silk culture. The Bund is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. It is the starting point where Shanghai walked into the modern times and a good place to know about the old Shanghai. In the east of the Bund is China’s premier shopping street, the Nanjing Road, 3.4 miles long, a must-see destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world.
